I have a ticket for an event that I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Can I give the tickets to a friend?
We only offer refunds for shows that are canceled. However, for most events, we can transfer the name on your ticket(s) to someone else. Email us at email@example.com with the order number and new name that you want on the ticket. Note that only one name is allowed per order (not per ticket) and that tickets to some events are non-transferrable.
Will Call name transfers requests must be received before at least 24 hours before the show.
I purchased tickets online. What do I need to check in at a show?
You need to bring a valid photo ID to check in at will call. Please note, many of our events are 21+. (IDNYC is not an acceptable form of ID - see below.)
Do you accept IDNYC for entry?
ICNYC is not accepted at proof of age. You can read more about what you can and can not do with IDNYC here
I’m “old” - do I really need to bring my ID?
Yes. Our policy is no valid ID, no entry no matter how “old” you think you look. No exceptions.
Do I have to be 21+ in order to attend an event? Even if I’m with a guardian?
21+ shows require a valid photo ID (IDNYC is not valid for bar entry) and no one under the age of 21 will be admitted without exception.
I wish to buy tickets for a show that is currently marked as “Sold Out” on your calendar. Will there be any more tickets made available at the door?
If a show is marked as sold out there are no more tickets available in advance or at the door.
Do you serve food at your events?
Sometimes - if food is available it will be communicated on the event webpage. For events held at Industry City, we recommend visiting the Food Hall.
Do you have a lost and found and if so, how do I find out if you have my items?
Yes, we do. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with item information including color, brand, description, and when you left it at the venue. We will confirm whether it has been turned in. Note: it may take us up to 24 hours to respond.
I mistakenly left my credit card at your event. How do I retrieve it?
Please email email@example.com first to ensure your card is here. If it is, you can pick it up any night we are open for an event. Please check our calendar to see our current schedule of events. All credit cards left behind with an open tab will be closed out with a 20% gratuity added.
Are your bars cash only?
No – we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
There is also an ATM on site at Industry City.
I’m press, can I get into an event for free?
All press requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least
24 hours prior to the requested show. Walk up press requests, with appropriate credentials,
will be considered on a case by case basis.
Can I bring my camera to your events?
Yes. But please no flash photography. If you are a member of the press, please contact us at email@example.com.
Will my bag be checked?
For the safety of all attendees, bags may be checked by security upon entry.
Do you have a bag or coat check?
Sorry, we typically do not offer a bag or coat check area.
Is Industry City Handicap Accessible?
Yes. If you need to make special arrangements or have further accessibility questions,

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring to a Summer Series event?
Yes, restricted items include glass bottles, cans, coolers, alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons, folding chairs, bikes, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, beach umbrellas, laser pointers, video cameras, cameras with 100MM+ lenses, pets, and drones.
It's raining and I have tickets to a Summer Series at Industry City event - will the show be cancelled?
Our outdoor events are rain or shine. If the weather becomes dangerous to the performers or attendees, the show may be canceled. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will receive an email. Personal umbrellas are permitted.
