SUMMER SERIES JOB OPENINGS 2019

We are hiring multiple seasonal roles for the 2nd annual Summer Series at Industry City with 25+ shows May - September, 2019.

  • Responsibilities

    • Assist A1

    • Build/strike of sound/PA gear

    • Soundcheck with bands

    • Onsite management of band tech riders

    • Monitor mix sound engineer (if needed)

    • Assist with changeover between bands

    • Assistance with load-in / load-out

  • Projected Hours

    • May - Sept 2019

    • 10hr per show

    • 15-20 shows
       

  • Reports to: A1, Production Manager

LIGHTING DIRECTOR
 

  • Responsibilities

    • Live lighting console management

    • Build/strike of lighting gear

    • Soundcheck with bands

    • Onsite management of band tech riders

  • Projected Hours

    • May - Sept 2019

    • 10hr per show

    • 10 shows
       

  • Reports to: A1, Production Manager

FLOOR/ASSISTANT MANAGER
 

  • Responsibilities

    • Oversee all bar staff, Bartenders, Barbacks

    • Ensure IC security are doing their job.

    • Cash reconciliation

    • Create EOD Reports

    • Gain working knowledge of all bar/service related equipment

  • Projected Hours

    • May - Sept 2019

    • 10-20 hr/week
       

  • Reports to: General Manager

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT  
 

  • Responsibilities 

    • Setup venue - tents, stanchions, tables, signage 

    • Setup green room - setup and maintenance including artist hospitality

    • Manage Will Call 

    • Eventbrite equipment, lists, etc.

    • Guest + house lists

    • Tickets, wristbands, and show credentials

    • Walk-up ticket sales

    • Strike venue 

    • All show infrastructure back to storage
       

  • Projected Hours

    • May - Sept 2019

    • 10 hr per show

    • 30+ shows
